The University of Groningen and the Institute for Developing Across Differences present the second annual edition of this advanced opportunity for experienced professionals to support their work in helping individuals, organisations, and communities better connect.
UG’s Intercultural Competence Section Head and D&I Programme Manager Drs. Michaela Carrière will be featured among the experts in this experiential learning programme. Join her for the 1-day course EXPANDING THE REPERTOIRE: Tools and Methods that Connect the Intercultural and DEI Divide (10 July).
And, together with Dr. Nagesh Rao, she will also co-lead the DESIGNING INCLUSIVE, INTERCULTURAL ORGANISATIONS: Implementing structural changes and personal development work for more inclusive, effective organisations (12-14 July).
