Upon successful completion of the whole programme, you will receive a CercleS Certificate of Managerial and Leadership Skills.<\/p>\n

Structure and workload<\/strong><\/p>\n

The activities include 120 hours over 4 months of learning time in a combination of weekly online activities and two training workshops of 2 days. The training programme will engage participants in practical individual, pair and group tasks, such as peer-feedback, questionnaires, chats, case reports, online and onsite sessions, and tutorials with the trainers. It is also flexible and will be tailored to the participants\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n
