Key learning outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants will be able to reflect on and further develop their identity as language teachers by<\/p>\n

  • identifying their beliefs and values<\/strong> regarding teaching<\/li>\n
  • managing self-development <\/strong>strategies<\/li>\n
  • identifying and implementing resources enhancing their strengths <\/strong>and fostering development<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • integrating social agency <\/strong>in teaching<\/li>\n
  • incorporating real-life tasks and social issues<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • reflecting <\/strong>on their teaching practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Core Module 2<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Key learning outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Participants will be able to reflect on and further develop their identity as language teachers by using constructive alignment and<\/p>\n

      \n
    • reflecting and applying it to the teaching role of an educator <\/strong><\/li>\n
    • reflecting and applying it to the teaching role of an assessor<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • reflecting and applying it to the teaching role of a coach<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Elective Modules<\/b><\/h2>\n

      [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=““]The elective modules<\/strong> will explore key challenges<\/strong> in language teaching. <\/strong>They have been carefully selected to address some of the most pressing challenges in language teaching today. You will choose one elective module of 6 hours from the two options below:<\/p>\n

      Elective Module 1:<\/strong> The action-oriented and task-based approach in university language teaching, learning and assessment: The role of the learner and test-taker as a social agent (Johann Fischer)<\/p>\n

      Elective Module 2:<\/strong> Supporting Learner Autonomy (Martina \u0160indel\u00e1\u0159ov\u00e1 Skupe\u0148ov\u00e1)<\/div>\n
