All trainers are active practitioners in higher education language teaching and assessment, bringing extensive experience from European university language centres.<\/p>\n<p>Their approach combines academic expertise with deep knowledge of everyday teaching realities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this course, you are going to<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>step into the\u00a0<strong>learner\u2019s role again<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 and gain fresh insight into your own students\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li><strong>strengthen constructive alignment<\/strong>\u00a0between learning outcomes, teaching activities, and assessment<\/li>\n<li><strong>redesign (or fine-tune) your own courses<\/strong>\u00a0using task-based and action-oriented principles<\/li>\n<li>develop\u00a0<strong>coaching skills<\/strong>\u00a0that empower and support students more effectively<\/li>\n<li>work with\u00a0<strong>reflective tools (portfolio and learning journal<\/strong>) for sustainable professional growth<\/li>\n<li>exchange ideas\u00a0<strong>with colleagues from different universities, countries, and teaching contexts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>leave with a\u00a0<strong>personal portfolio and concrete course\/assessment materials<\/strong>\u00a0you can use immediately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8220;17805&#8243; img_size=&#8220;large&#8220; css=&#8220;&#8220;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;&#8220;]<strong>Format, dates, workload, certification (2026\u20132027)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training duration: 10 months (April 2026 \u2013 January 2027)<\/li>\n<li>Certification: January 2027<\/li>\n<li>Format: Online (live sessions + guided self-study)<\/li>\n<li>Live sessions: approximately 2-3 times per month on Thursdays, 16.00-18.00 CET (April \u2013 July; October to November)<\/li>\n<li>Total workload: approx. 80 hours (well spread over the year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thanks to substantial support from CercleS, this programme is highly subsidised: Course fee for CercleS members: EUR 300<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What participants say<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was exactly what I needed at this particular stage of my teaching career.
