Travel subsidies available to CercleS members
Registration, abstract submission, and travel subsidies available
We are excited to offer the XIX CercleS Conference in Rome from 10-12 September and invite you to visit the Conference website for further details. The following information needs to be highlighted at this stage:
• Early Bird Registration opening: 1 March 2026
• Outline conference programme confirmed: 30 April 2026
• Early Bird Registration closing: 31 May 2026
• Regular Registration opening: 1 June 2026
• Regular Registration closing: 31 August 2026
In the past, CercleS has offered limited scholarships for attending the Conference. However, it was agreed that CercleS is in a position to extend the support to more members. The published registration fees of the XIX CercleS Conference already incorporate the partial subsidy for all CercleS members agreed at the Coordinating Committee meeting of 13 December 2025. In doing so, CercleS hopes to encourage members to attend and participate in the conference by making the registration fee more affordable to all members.
CercleS will also offer travel subsidies of up to €100 each. Those interested in the travel subsidy should please complete the following Google form, complete the reimbursement form and email us the relevant information required. Travel subsidies will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
