Travel subsidies – required documents and summer break
CercleS is again offering travel subsidies of up to €100 each for members. Those interested in the travel subsidy should please complete the following Google form, complete the reimbursement form (document available below) and email us the relevant information required. Travel subsidies will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please let the assistant to the General Secretariat know if any of these links are not working, at generalsecretariat@cercles.org.)
Required documents:
- Reimbursement form
- Proof of your Conference registration
- Your travel tickets, including your name and price
Please note: The Assistant to the General Secretariat and the Treasury will be on holiday and no payments will be processed between 4 July and 16 August. You are of course still welcome to send the application during this time, and it will be forwarded for processing after 16 August.
