Organisation

The training programme will take place both virtually and in-person. The virtual part will be delivered using meetings on Zoom (Virtual classroom and expert feedback) and a Learning Platform supporting individual tasks. The in-person workshops will be organised for each module, together forming a two-day workshop in Berlin, Germany on 2-3 December 2022.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the whole programme, you will receive a CercleS Certificate of Managerial and Leadership Skills.

 

Structure and workload

The activities include 120 hours over 4 months of learning time in a combination of weekly online activities and two training workshops of 2 days. The training programme will engage participants in practical individual, pair and group tasks, such as peer-feedback, questionnaires, chats, case reports, online and onsite sessions, and tutorials with the trainers. It is also flexible and will be tailored to the participants’ needs.

 

Fee

Early bird fee (before 20 May 2022): € 980

Regular fee (after 20 May 2022):  € 1,200
