General Terms and Conditions

Enrolment

Final enrolment confirmations with all necessary practical information pertaining to the training, as well as invoices, will be sent via email to all participants 7 days before training / workshop. The registration is only complete with the payment of the invoice.

 

Leadership Training Essentials: Deadline for registration: 14 April, Enrolment confirmation: 16 April, Payment deadline: 30 April

Leadership Communication Workshop:  Deadline for registration: 26 May, Enrolment confirmation: 28 May, Payment deadline: 11 June

Conflict Management Workshop: Deadline for registration: 29 September, Enrolment confirmation: 1 October, Payment deadline: 15 October

 

All registered participants must pay invoices no later than 14 days after receiving the invoice / 7 days before the second online meeting, into the following bank account:

Withdrawal

Withdrawals must be made in writing by email addressed to the CercleS General Secretariat: generalsecretariat@cercles.org

Oral and/or written withdrawals addressed to trainers are not valid. Failure to pay the fee, or partial payment of the fee, does not constitute a withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal, the following fees are due:

  • You must pay the full training fee if you withdraw later than 14 days after the start of the training / workshop.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the training if there is not a sufficient number of participants. In this case, participants will receive a full reimbursement of any fees paid.
