Enrolment

Registration is open until 30 March 2026.

Final enrolment confirmations with all necessary practical information pertaining to the training, as well as invoices, will be sent via email to all participants by 1 April 2026.

All registered participants must pay invoices no later than 15 April 2026 into the following bank account:

Withdrawal

Withdrawals must be made in writing by email addressed to the CercleS General Secretariat: generalsecretariat@cercles.org

Oral and/or written withdrawals addressed to trainers are not valid. Failure to pay the fee, or partial payment of the fee, does not constitute a withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal, the following fees are due:

  • You must pay a service fee of €50 if you withdraw up to 15 May 2026.
  • For withdrawals after 15 May 2026, the full price of the training will be charged unless it can be proven that participation in the course is impossible for reasons beyond the participant’s control.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the training if there is not a sufficient number of participants. In this case, participants will receive a full reimbursement of any fees paid.
