Enrolment
Final enrolment confirmations with all necessary practical information pertaining to the training will be sent via email to all participants by 15 January 2025.
All registered participants must pay invoices within 30 days of issue to the following bank account:

Withdrawal
Withdrawals must be made in writing by email addressed to the CercleS General Secretariat: generalsecretariat@cercles.org
Oral and/or written withdrawals addressed to trainers are not valid. Failure to pay the fee, or partial payment of the fee, does not constitute a withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal, the following fees are due:
- You must pay a service fee of Euro 50 if you withdraw up to 15 January 2025.
- You must pay the full training fee if you withdraw after 15 January 2025.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the training if there is not a sufficient number of participants. In this case, participants will receive a full reimbursement of any fees paid.
