The learning outcomes of the training / workshops:

The Leadership Webinar: Essential Competences deals with essential aspects of leadership in participants’ individual contexts, and reflects on the role of personal values underpinning one’s own leadership approach.

At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • conceptualise leadership
  • recognise and reflect on the personal values and challenges underpinning their own leadership approach
  • apply self-leadership

 

The Leadership Communication Workshop deals with the impact of communication and communication   strategies on one’s own leadership approach.

At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • understand the importance of communication in leadership
  • reflect on communication mechanisms and dynamics
  • understand their own communication strengths & weaknesses
  • choose appropriate means of communication with staff (individuals and teams)

 

The Conflict Management and Leadership Workshop deals with the importance of conflict analysis and conflict management skills for leaders.

At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • reflect on their own conflict biography
  • identify different types of conflicts
  • apply conflict analysis tools
  • plan appropriate interventions in conflicts
  • apply basic rules of conflict management
