Enrolment

Final enrollment confirmations with all necessary practical information pertaining to the training will be sent via email to all participants 7 days before training / workshop. The registration is only complete with the payment of the invoice.

 

All registered participants must pay invoices no later than two weeks before the training / workshop to the following bank account:

Withdrawal

Withdrawals must be made in writing by email addressed to the CercleS General Secretariat: generalsecretariat@cercles.org

Oral and/or written withdrawals addressed to trainers are not valid. Failure to pay the fee, or partial payment of the fee, does not constitute a withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal, the following fees are due:

  • You must pay the full training fee if you withdraw later than 6 days before the start of the training / workshop.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the training if there is not a sufficient number of participants. In this case, participants will receive a full reimbursement of any fees paid.
